Study on Implementation of CAP Reform Rules for Direct Payments
The new system for direct payments that emerged from the 2013 CAP Reform contained certain components that were mandatory, whilst others were left to the choice of Member States. On Monday afternoon, the authors of a study which compares the implementing arrangements for direct payments in all 28 Member States will outline their findings to Members. They will also make some general observations on the overall arrangements resulting from the reform.
